If for any reason we need to cancel the training, we will refund your full tuition. If you need to cancel the training, please send us your cancellation 15 days before the training starts. We will retain your deposit, and refund you all other fees. For cancellations that do not reach us in time, we will retain the full fees. In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergency), we will consider refunding your deposit as well. Please reach out and send us an official document detailing the reason for your cancellation.

The blended learning format offers a combination of in-person training, Zoom calls and pre-recorded materials. Please visit the individual training page and check the ‘Dates’ section to see which module is in-person and which one is online.

If you already know that one of the dates is impossible for you to organise, please reach out. We will try and accommodate another session, or will work towards tweaking the schedule so that all can be present.

Our trainings are usually offered in English, with the possibility of learning how to teach in German. If the training is in a different language, we indicate that on the page.

If you cannot join due to finances, please reach out. We always try to come up with a solution to enable students or low income earners to also participate.

Our training typically takes place in our studio (Yoga Futura Kreuzberg). If this is not the case, we indicate the alternative location under the training details.

In case we cannot hold in-person trainings, we will aim to hold the training online. If more than 20% of the offline content is shifted online, you have the right to withdraw and receive reimbursement (incl. deposit).

In order to receive a certificate at the end of the training, 100% of attendance is required. This includes both in-person classes and additional modules (e.g the apprenticeship). If you miss a session, you will need to book make-up sessions, which will be charged at the hourly rate of the respective teacher.
