  • Jessica Seid

    Jessica is an E-RYT 500 teacher implementing functional movement into her classes. Her teaching is informed by her own experiences with previous injury and limited mobility, and aims to incorporate principles of alignment, sustainability, accessibility, exploration, and self-inquiry. She continues to study with her teacher, Jason Crandell, and has also been trained by the creator of restorative yoga, Judith Hanson Lasater. Her vinyasa classes integrate challenges with plenty of choices to do what’s best for your own body.

  • Maja Gruvaeus

    Maja was introduced to yoga early in her life, by secretly reading the random yoga books she found at home. In her late teens, she started to practice and eventually started teaching after her apprenticeship in Stockholm. Majas classes are either pure ashtanga or ashtanga-based flows. She includes a lot of pranayama (breathing exercises) in her classes, for grounding and clearance.

  • Sandra Gerhard

    Sandra is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher (trained in 2010) with over 15 years of experience in Berlin yoga studios and worldwide. She teaches privately, in companies, and leads teacher trainings, retreats and workshops. 

    Her teaching is characterized by precise alignment, dynamic sequencing, and a clear, non-dogmatic approach to yoga practice and philosophy. 

    Since 2016, her regular Ashtanga Mysore practice has also shaped her teaching style.

    Evita is an E-RYT 600-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2016.

    Hailing from Greece, she brings the sun and a heartfelt passion for guiding students along her ever-evolving yoga journey—exploring strength, flexibility, and mindfulness together.

    Her classes are creative, dynamic, and infused with warmth, positivity, and atmospheric music, aiming to leave students smiling, inspired, and glowing.

  • Eithne McGonigle

    Eithne believes that the yoga we practice on the mat inspires how we show up in the rest of our lives. Her classes aim to cultivate a balance of peace and power, motivation and surrender, focus and playfulness. She is an experienced teacher, who has been sharing her yoga knowledge since 2015. Eithne has completed over 700 hours of training in India, in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga vinyasa and Yin yoga, and is a certified acro yoga teacher.

    Sheila is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher. Her classes are dynamic, strong and invigorating, blending intelligent sequencing, a carefully curated soundtrack and lots of chanting. Rooted in her own daily practices of Yoga, strength and flexibility training, Sheila invites students to explore challenge with playfulness and acceptance. She strongly believes Yoga to be a transformative path toward compassion for ourselves, others and our planet, while continuing to study and live its teachings herself.

  • Vera Christopeit

    Vera is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher. She completed her training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in Rhinebeck, NY in 2011 and has since continued her education in Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga, functional anatomy, and Yoga Philosophy. She has been teaching Yoga in Germany and worldwide since 2011 and has trained numerous apprentices in the JTAP. Her asana classes are influenced by her own practice—powerful, warm, and always present.

    Julia has completed over 670 hours of training and continuing education with various renowned teachers, including Jason Crandell, Annie Carpenter, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Lizzie Lasater.

    In her teaching, Julia emphasizes conveying yoga in an undogmatic and down-to-earth way. Her style is characterized by precise, clear instructions that still leave space for individual experience. She places different emphases while also integrating her background in psychology.

    Sarah Eichler

    Sarah ist seit 2019 Yogalehrerin (YA RYT200) in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga und Yin Yoga. Im Jahr 2020 absolvierte sie ihre Jivamukti-Lehrerausbildung bei Peace Yoga (75YTT) in Berlin. Natürlich ging die Reise weiter und sie schloss 2023 die 300 YTT Jivamukti/Ashtanga inspirierte Ausbildung bei Practice Yoga Berlin ab. Im Jahr 2024 hat sie ihre 60 YTT Yin Yoga und TCM Ausbildung erfolgreich beendet. Im selben Jahr wurde sie ausgebildete Wassertherapeutin. Yoga eröffnet ihr immer wieder neue Wege, sich selbst und ihre Umwelt bewusster wahrzunehmen und das möchte sie an ihre Schüler weitergeben. Die Grundlage ihres Unterrichts ist Vinyasa Flow/Jivamukti und Yin.

    Billie found her way to yoga over 15 years ago and has been dedicated to a regular practice ever since. She completed her 200h Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2020 and completed her 300h Ashtanga/Vinyasa Apprenticeship with her mentor Sandra Gerhard at Practice Yoga Berlin. Additionally she trained with Eddie Stern and Robert Moses as a Pranayama teacher Level 1 and completed a Core Mat Pilates Teacher Training.

    Expect a dynamic, but grounding flow focusing on the breath as a tool to connect you to the now in her classes.

    Marius entdeckte Yoga zunächst im Hot Yoga und Power Vinyasa, bevor er 2018 eine seiner ersten Jivamukti-Klassen besuchte. In Indien, in der Nähe von Mysore, absolvierte er seine ersten beiden Yogalehrerausbildungen (500 Stunden).
