Ever wondered what yoga actually means, where it comes from or why we practice?

This workshop offers insights into the deeper meaning of yoga and how it can affect our everyday life.

Yoga helps us to be aware of ourselves, to calm our thoughts, and to direct our energy consciously. We can practice soothing our mind by moving our body, however the philosophy of yoga brings a lot more inspirations to build inner strength, connect with our presence and feel overall contentment. In this workshop we will concentrate on our intensions during physical practice and also get a glimpse of ancient yoga philosophy on the way.

What to expect:

  • Intense yoga practice to activate body and mind

  • Meditation to focus on our orientation, give ourselves space to connect with our inner self and set an intension

  • Introduction to the meaning of yoga based on ancient sutras of Patanjali

  • Understand yoga as a practice free from expectations, opinions or doubts

  • Discover basic inspirations to support us throughout our yoga practice and beyond

  • Calming yoga practice at the end to connect with ourselves and integrate any new insights and discoveries

  • Room for discussion

In this workshop we have the chance to practice acceptance, grow confidence in who we are and remind ourselves of the gift of being able to take action whenever present. If you would like to experience yoga as a holistic treatment and learn about the potential of yoga, you’re welcome to join, whether experienced or new to yoga.
