Prenatal Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga Workshop (23 March 2025)
This workshop is aimed at pregnant vinyasa yoga and ashtanga yoga students, who would like to learn how to adapt their practice for this new phase of their lives. We will be reviewing the phases of pregnancy and the purpose of yoga practice in these phases, looking at optimal alignment in the most common asanas, and learning guiding principles that help guide pregnant people in their practice. After the workshop, students will be able to continue their regular yoga practice at home or in group classes, and will be able to adapt their practice according to their needs.
